About Mongolia Briefing

Mongolia Briefing is part of the stable of titles produced by Asia Briefing Ltd, established by Chris Devonshire-Ellis in 1999. Chris is the Founding Partner of Dezan Shira & Associates and an elected member of the Business Advisory Council of the Greater Tumen Initiative, a United Nations Development Program entity that covers Mongolia, Russia, China, North Korea and South Korea.

Dezan Shira & Associates provide business advisory, legal, establishment, tax and accounting services and maintain 19 offices throughout Asia, including China, India and Vietnam. The firm is a member of the Leading Edge Alliance, a global alliance of international accountants and auditors with a combined turnover of US$2.6 billion (2009).

Mongolia Briefing was launched by Chris in the summer of 2011, and provides regular business news commentary in addition to a magazine devoted to matters of business and foreign direct investment in Mongolia. Asia Briefing also provides titles for China, India, Vietnam, Russia, and Emerging Asia.
